• Comic book-style operator manuals for users of high-security electronic locks who are poor readers.
  
• Operator, Installer, and Administrator documentation for high-end security equipment (15 manuals, 235 original line drawings).
  
• A Meeting Coordinator's guide to conducting effective business meetings using VisionQuest, a computerized groupware product.
  
• Guides and Ready-Reference pamphlets for meeting participants who were using VisionQuest, a computerized groupware product.
  
• MicroSTEP Reference, Examples, and Tutorial— Comprehensive documentation for an object-oriented graphical language. Documentation set included a tutorial and a "use by example" series of case studies.
