B64Encode:
Converts binary files, like picture (jpg) and executable (exe) files to text files. Converted files can be sent as attachments to e-mails when anti-virus software refuses to send the binary files. If your e-mail reader doesn't convert picture attachments automatically, use my program to convert the MIME base 64 encoded files from text to binary. Also useful for scrambling text messages, making them unreadable by anyone without the descrambler.
