January 15, 2001 The vacation is over and it's back to work for the team. January 11th was the one year anniversary of the business. The celebration was added to by some new and innovative ideas for the new year. We are considering adding a hard drive backup service for local persons and businesses. Unfortunately, due to the large number of changes we have decided to remove the FAQ from the technical support page. It would consume too much time needed in other areas. The forum and chat will still be active, and we're tossing around a few other ideas for an improved web site right now. December 17, 2000 Well, we're still behind schedule and I know I won't be able to do much this week. Here's what I'm going to do. I just can't get the FAQ done before Christmas, but I want to get the technical support page up, so I'm linking the page with everything but the FAQ working. I'm proud of the work we have put into it and I hope to finish it off very soon. We would like to wish everyone has happy and safe holiday season and thank our loyal customers. Andy, one of the founders, will be home on semester break soon. We will be working at full capacity again and hope to see a lot of business during this time. December 11, 2000 We decided to change the way we do the news. This is the first installment of the new version. Things are finally coming together. Look for the tech support page to be linked by Christmas. Finals week is hectic, which makes putting the final touches to the FAQ that much more difficult. I did manage to fix the problem Netscape users were having that made the tables look funky. Another thing I plan to fix soon is the search page. I am getting reports that some of the engines are broken so I will look into that. I had planned on taking it down, but since the FAQ will be searchable there is no need as of now. Business is going great. With every passing month the team becomes more and more
