At Atavista farm you will receive a warm welcome from Terry & Sharon McCoy, who will be your hosts during your stay.

The house is a wonderful Italinate Victorian built by the Brown family in 1876. The house & surrounding garden sit in the middle of 70 acres of prime Willamette Valley farm land located just outside historic Brownsville

Tall hedges surround expansive lawns, seasonal flowers and trees making both the house and large garden a peaceful oasis. Listen for the fountain as you enter enter the drive and don't miss the gazebo in the east garden.

Atavista is a warm and inviting home filled with charm and elegance. Rooms are large comfortable, furnished with both antique and contemporary furniture. The parlor with it's bay window, fabric covered walls and fireplace is just the place for the days first cup of coffee or tea.

Our full breakfast is served on a glass top table in our dining room crowned with a crystal chandelier. Weather permitting, breakfast can be served on the East porch overlooking the garden and gazebo.

Atavista has two guest rooms. One with a king size bed ($115 / night) and the other with a double bed ($105 / night). The beds are layered with luxury linens and colorful quilts. Both rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely views. The large private bath has a shower and a claw foot tub.
