"Oh, have you seen any whales this season?" I asked
the waiter.
Before he could answer, I
continued, "I dreamt that I'd see and photograph a gray whale today, so keep
your 'weather-eye out' for me, this is the prime time for their migration."
No more than ten minutes had passed before the waiter returned and told us,
"Looks like your dream came true--there is a huge whale just sitting there
right next to the pier!"
My Olympus camera was at the ready, mounted with a Zuiko
200mm f4 lens.
