There was a high wind blowing that night which cleared away the clouds but also shook the camera during the several minute long exposure. I used my truck as a wind break, and I had a twelve pound sandbag weighting down the tripod which was set low to the ground. I made about six exposures in all but this last and longest one is the closest to what I remember seeing that night.
